Complaints

1. Goods purchased in our shop come with a producer’s guarantee.

2. Defected goods can be replaced if their defects are due to factory mistakes. In this case please send the item by post together with proof of sale (receipt, invoice) and the description of reasons of complaint.

3. Product will be replaced with the product without defects. 

4. If the product replacement will be impossible (for example due to lack of the goods) we will offer you other, available in our shop products or we will return you money.

5. We inform that we do not accept any cash on delivery mails.

6. Postal charge will be returned to you as soon as we receive mail and we consider you’re your complaint. It will be returned to your home address or the one identify at the order.

7. Mail postal charge will be covered by client if the product is being replaced because of the client’s fault (for example wrong colour, size). Product will be replaced only if it is without any defects, is unused, has all the labels and is delivered in original packaging.
